Common legal and account questions

These are the questions we hear most often about how musang123 handles your account, your data, and your rights.

Yes. Your personal information (name, email, phone, payment details) is never sold to third parties. We share data only with DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS when you make a deposit or withdraw, and with Indonesian tax or anti-fraud authorities where local law requires it. You control what we can use.

Your account stays active indefinitely unless you request closure. If inactive for 24 months, we send a reminder email; you can reactivate with one login. If you close your account, we keep transaction records for five years for compliance, then delete everything except your ID and closure date.

Your first withdrawal requires a photo ID (KTP, passport, or driver's licence) and phone verification. Take a clear photo of your ID, upload it in Settings > Verification, then confirm the code we text to your registered phone. This takes 5–10 minutes and applies only once per account.

Yes. Email [email protected] with 'Data Request' in the subject line. We'll send you a full list of your personal information, account activity, transactions and cookies within 14 days. You can then ask us to correct, update or delete any of it where local law allows.

Go to the login screen and tap 'Forgot password?' — we'll send a reset link to your email. If you suspect unauthorised access, email [email protected] immediately. We can lock your account, review login history and restore funds if fraud occurred. Always enable two-factor authentication in Settings.

We don't store your actual payment credentials on our servers. DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS process and hold them directly. We keep only a masked reference (last four digits) and a transaction log for five years to prove the payment went through. You can delete linked methods anytime in Settings > Payment Methods.

Access depends on local law where you are. Most of Asia, including Indonesia, is supported. When you log in, we check your location automatically. If you're in a region where local law does not permit access, the lobby will be unavailable. Contact us if you have questions about your eligibility.
